I have bought many rental houses in many different areas over the past decade. Every once and a while you find an agent or a property manager so good that it becomes a stronger force than economics in where you want to a buy your next house.
Bianca is that person for me. She’s to the point, doesn’t waste your time, and will “toss in” awesome things that help save my time. She’s VERY to the point though, if you want someone to coddle you, that would be a bad fit. Real estate is a big business decision, so I don’t think coddling is useful, but some people are different.
I will be buying all my future houses with Bianca until she stops letting me. I couldn’t recommend her more.
